The USHLI Conference is the premier Hispanic leadership conference in the nation, attracting a complete cross-section of the Hispanic leadership community and involving all ancestry groups. A survey of last year’s participants found that 76% were less than 34 years of age, 64% were women, 87% were attending or had already completed college, 41% had household incomes of $20,000-$50,000, and 30% had incomes over $50,000.

As in years past, among the thousands of Conference participants will be young Latino high school students interested in jobs and post-secondary educational opportunities. There will be Latino college students in search of internships, graduates in search of employment, and young professionals seeking career advancement options, and mid-career professionals.

Sponsors will be able to meet policy makers at all levels of government, as well as Latino public officials. Most importantly, sponsors will have the opportunity to connect with a broad cross-section of America's 890 billion dollar Hispanic consumer market.

The mission of the USHLI Conference has been and continues to be to train a broad cross section of Hispanic leaders by promoting education and unity, providing opportunities for advanced leadership skills development, and creating a new generation of servant leaders based on the values of cultural pride, integrity, and empowerment.

Our 27th annual conference is expected to attract over 6,000 participants representing hundreds of cities in 40 states and approximately 1,000 affiliated groups and organizations. For more information please contact USHLI at tdeavours@ushli.org or by calling (312) 427-8683.
