This year, 2008, represents the launch of USHLI's second quarter century, marking 26 years of empowering the Latino community and we would like to respectfully invite you to contribute to our continued success by supporting our Annual Dinner.
Featured speakers will include, NEA President, Mr. Reg Weaver and CityView President, Mr. Henry G. Cisneros.
Proceeds from our Dinner Celebration will be primarily for administrative support, which now involves very strategic policy analysis and advocacy and an office in Washington, DC. Part of the proceeds will also support our 21st Century Leaders Internship Program through which 30 college students earn money for college while learning about public policy and registering new voters. All contributions are tax exempt as allowed by law.
