Conferences and Events
Our conferences and events serve to bring together groups, organizations, and individuals who have participated in various leadership development programs organized and conducted by USHLI throughout the year, as well as business, labor and community leaders, public officials, academicians, clergy, corporate representatives, and a wide range of advocates, organizers and activists for some real "nuts & bolts" leadership skills development training.
All four conferences are an integral part of USHLI's strategy to organize and train the next generation of Latino leaders in the United States.
Volunteers
Volunteers are needed at our regional conferences held annually in October in Chicago and New Jersey. Approximately 20 are needed for each of our regional conferences. Professionals employed in the private and public sectors and community based organizations are welcome. For more information please contact USHLI at ireyes@ushli.org or by calling (312) 427—8683.
